Winlead has been selected as the turnkey solution provider for the region’s largest temperature-controlled logistics hub, serving 12 countries. The project includes:
- 8,000-tonne multi-zone cold storage (-25°C to 15°C)
- Ammonia-based central refrigeration plant with 35% energy recovery
- AI-ventilated loading docks maintaining ISO Class 8 cleanrooms

The facility will leverage Winlead’s HyperCool™ modular units and real-time leak detection systems, reducing installation time by 30% versus conventional builds. Phase one commissioning is set for Q4 2025.
